APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made by telephone or e-mail.

A reply in person is more likely on weekdays between 1 pm and 2 pm

or after 8.30 pm ( most weekday evenings)

At other times or weekends an immediate reply is not always possible.

I am happy - and generally prefer - to discuss matters with new clients

prior to their making an appointment - convenient times can be arranged

for this.

If you choose to leave a telephone message I will generally return your

call within 2 - 3hrs.

E - mail messages may not be answered until the evening.

If you need to re-arrange or cancel an appointment with less than

three days notice - please do this by telephone.

PLEASE NOTE ;

e-mail cancellations on the afternoon or evening before or

on the day of the appointment are NOT acceptable
